			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this lesson we watched a documentary untitled a ordinary genius put on to Richard Feynman.</p>
<p>First I writed down some notes about the documentary: In 1942 he was recruted into the project manhattan to work on the nuclear bomb. An interesting paradox was that he was involved and happy in the same time of what happend in Hiroshima as he said. He married Arline Greenbaum who was affected from tuberculosis and died. After the war he did research about quantum electrodynamic, and he invented figs to sum up particles reaction. Eventually he dislikes honnors.</p>
<p>Then we were asked a few questions:</p>
<p>-Why did he get married in 1941 ? -&gt; His wife was ill thereby he wanted to take care of her .</p>
<p>-When the war had ended, what was the reason he continued trying to make bigger bombs ? -&gt;Feynman said he stop thinking, he just wanted to get success.</p>
<p>- What agreement did he make with his artist friend ? How long did the agreement hold?   -&gt;  During 8 years Feynman had an greement with an artist friend witch was that in exchange of an art lessons a sunday, he gave an physic lesson to his friend on next sunday. Actually at the beginning it had to be just one time and it hold 8 years.</p>
<p>-Who explained the principles of matter and radiation in 1928?  -&gt; Those principles where explained by Heisenberg and Dirac.</p>
<p>-What did Feynman add to their theory ? -&gt; He added a mathematical representation and shemes to explain it.</p>
<p>-How are electrons &#8220;represented&#8221; ? -&gt; In Feynman theory electrons and positrons are both represented as particles witch was an innovative concept.</p>
<p>-What happend between Feynman and the national Academy of Science ? -&gt; He decided to resigned the Academy.</p>
<p>To quote Mark Kac  : &#8221; There are two kinds of geniuses : the &#8216;ordinary&#8217; and the &#8216;magicians&#8217;. An ordinary genius is a fellow whom you and I would be just as good as , if we were only many times better. There is no mystery as to how his mind works. Once we understand what they&#8217;ve done , we feel certain that we, too, could have done it. It is different with the magicians . Even after we understand what they have done it is completely dark. &#8221; In this way Feynman can&#8217;t be an &#8216;ordinary&#8217; genius , he&#8217;s one of the magicians ever&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In this lesson we made a survey over the class splited into groups of four students.</p>
<p>My group made a survey about the new legislation making pubs a cigarette free zone.</p>
<p>Thus we asked the following question to the others:</p>
<p>1- Do you smoke ?  a) if yes then: how many cigarettes a day ?</p>
<p>b) if not then: have you ever smoke ?</p>
<p>2- Have you ever try to stop smoking ?</p>
<p>3- Do you  like alcohol ? Why ?</p>
<p>4- Do you often make party without drinking alcohol ?</p>
<p>5-What do you think about the new law making pubs a better place ?</p>
<p>We also found that over the 12 persons present in the classroom, only 4 where smokers between 9 who where drinking. And the fact is that every one voted in favour of the new legislation even smokers who found it is a good idea for non smokers.</p>
<p>Whe ended the lesson by making a oral presentation of our survey to the class.</p>
<p>I followed the presentation of two other groups either:</p>
<p>The first survey was untitled  Physics ways , speaking about our choise to be in physic master in Grenoble.  The presentation shew that the 8 student who made this choise in order to understand the world think it&#8217;s obvious, whereas the 3 other who made the choise by hesitation find it difficult.  The grounds of the location in Grenoble are beeing near to the mountains and the quality of teaching.</p>
<p>The second survey deals with  the movie going.  4 people prefer watching movies at home against 8 in cinema.  The presentation also shew that 1 person in the the class watched his last movie in july , 3 in decembre ( the month before) and 7 in the curent month.</p>
<p>The aim of this lesson was to speak to each other in english and to be able to sum up what we learned and say it to the class.</p>
